Delete your account
You can delete your CineSwap account and the data that belongs to it at any time: right in the app, or by sending us a request below.
In the app
- 1 Open CineSwap and go to your Profile.
- 2 Open Settings, then Account.
- 3 Tap Delete account and confirm.
This is the quickest way, because we already know the account is yours.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your saved faces, uploads and creations
- Your remaining tokens and Pro benefits
Before you go
- Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it there first.
- Save any creations you want to keep. They can’t be recovered afterwards.
- We keep only what the law requires us to, such as purchase records. See our Privacy Policy.
Request deletion by email
Can’t use the app anymore? Send us a request. We’ll email you to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days.
